Craig Weiler is a general building contractor and small job expert and can handle most any type of job associated with a residential home. However, he provides more value to customers under certain circumstances
Weiler Ventures provides the most value under the following circumstances:
The customer has several small jobs of varying sizes and difficulties involving different building trades.
The customer has one medium sized job involving different trades.
The customer has a project that no one else can do.
The customer has specific requirements for the job that need to be followed exactly or simply prefers a very high level of communication and service.|
The customer needs to be able to trust that while work is being done in their absence, their house and belongings are safe.
The customer has a small job requiring permits, inspections and/or liability insurance. (Customer has an HOA, work on town property, kitchen and bath remodels, etc.)
The customer has a job that is small, but requires expertise.
Weiler Ventures does NOT do the following:
No quotes for LARGE jobs typically performed by a single trade. No quoting on painting several rooms or the whole house. No quoting on carpeting, wood flooring. As a general rule, if it is a service offered by Home Depot or if there are companies that specialize in that area, I don’t compete with them on the larger scale of projects that they do. I am not competitive in these areas.
No quotes for landlords, property managers and homeowner associations or Real Estate agents helping people sell their homes. (I will quote for buyers however.) (Exception: I will do work for landlords who require dependability and service over price.) My type of business is not a good fit for these types of situations.
No quotes for tenants putting together proposals for their landlords.
No quotes for obvious price shopping situations. Sorry, but my business is not designed to provide the lowest possible price. As the saying goes: Price, Service and Delivery. Choose any two.
