In California, a handyman may not contract for jobs over $500. This person is unlicensed and may not be aware of all applicable building codes and standard building practices.

Craig Weiler is a General Building Contractor. He can contract for any size construction job, hire employees and subcontractors, and is bonded and licensed. He is required to follow all laws governing general building contractors in California.

In addition to 12 years in construction, Craig has previous experience in sales and purchasing, providing him with the skills necessary to provide a good construction experience to his customers.

He is active in Toastmasters and citizen journalism, has produced short films and paints (artist type stuff, not houses) in his spare time.
